BRAVO!! 5 star+!!! Excellent service from quoting to happy/safe landings (For which there was two - 1 jet booked in advance & 1 pop up)!! Bravo to Tomas, Matt/schedulers & Crew (Sue & Rich) - who played musical jets (flying Excel on first trip & then taking it home to switch into the Sovereign)! The Passenger is one of our regulars who tends to throw wrenches, such as the ASAP return pop up his assistant initiated in the wee hours which you ALL so graciously made happen flawlessly for us/him!!!
